This is Claire Marie Miller's Spa course in Integrative Reflexology offered on-site at your spa to train your massage team.   The course includes basic techniques for the foot, and hand reflexology   This classic whole hand technique makes it gentle on the thumbs and fingers. In this class you will learn:

• An integrative reflexology approach to seeing the body in a whole way
• Factors that contribute to health and balance for yourself and your clients
• Cautions and contraindications to reflexology
• Proper body mechanics and structural alignment exercises
• Full anatomy lessons on the lower leg and foot including bones, muscles, and actions
• Spa reflexology with aromatherapy and foot scrubs.

Price: $275 or $250 if paid in full by May 9

9am-6pm, 16 CE's

Class size limited to 24 students.

You will need to bring:

• Two to Three Pillows
• Sets of Sheets

• Lotion or cream

• Two to Three towels
