Shipping Time

Shipping times are approximate. Please note that some items are shipped in separate packages and may arrive separately. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for apitional packages to arrive.

Ship times for AK, HI, VI, PR or GU will be on the longer side of estimated delivery times.

Flat Rate Shipping

We charge a flat rate for all products.

Order Processing Time

From the time we receive your order until the time it leaves our offices. This time period includes security verification and printing. The average order processing time is 3-5 business days.

Delivery Expectations

Adding the order processing time to the shipping time determines the estimated total delivery time for your order. Orders completed after 3:00pm Eastern Time will not ship until the next business day.

Returns

Defective Products

Any defective item will be replaced with an identical item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a matching replacement item in stock.

Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.

Before sending any item back to Claire Marie Miller Seminars, please contact us to start the exchange process.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you.

Change of Mind

ALL sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

If there is any problem with your order, You MUST contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order to start the return process.
