Beth Kelsey

Beth Kelsey is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) who lives and practices in the New River Valley of southwestern Virginia. She is a lifelong resident of Blacksburg, Virginia. She received her B.A. from Virginia Tech in 1989. After working at the Virginia Tech University library for a few years, she started her family, and began working at a variety of part time jobs, including running a small market produce business and teaching preschool. Beth is a natural nurturer, so it was an easy transition from raising and teaching young children to going to massage school and learning bodywork.

Beth graduated Summa cum laude from the Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in Blacksburg, VA. She began her private massage practice as a student in 2003, and continued as a NCBTMB and Virginia Board of Nursing Certified Therapist since 2005. Her massage practice has grown into a full time job. She maintains a lively practice of clients ranging in age from 13-93. She is passionate about bodywork and brings that enthusiasm to the classroom as an instructor.
