WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
This class combines basic reflexology with advanced techniques for the body. When you address the tension in both the body and the feet you get an amazing and surprisingly easy release. It both resets the nervous system and supports unwinding the fascia.
Plan to play with the reflexology points and areas on the feet and INTEGRATE it into the body.

Bring your Integrative Reflexology® manual/book with you to class. If you would like to have a NEW 2017 Integrative Reflexology®: Theory and Practice book, you can purchase it at the class.
1 set of sheets
Unscented oil or lotion as you prefer
Massage table; one per two students (unless available on-site)
