WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Gentle belly massage with castor oil packs to improve digestion.
Hair and scalp rejuvenation massage.
Facial massage to hydrate the tissue and reduce winkles.
Psoas focus to work the kidney and bladder for the winter meridian element.
Reflexology points for organ and hormonal stimulation.
Deep effleurage of the posterior body to complete the session with a soothing and relaxing effect.
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:
1 sets of sheets (you are the one using them may use 2 days in a row)
1 small towel
Castor oil (for sale in class - 8oz for $10)
Hot water bottle or other heat source
1 flannel pillowcase or cloth that can be folded over 2-4 times for castor oil pack (for sale in class with kit: $25).
Massage table; one per two students

Claire Marie Miller
Claire founded Nurturing the Mother® and Integrative Reflexology® almost 30 years ago. Her passion for the creative process of life, birth and healing fuel all that she does and fill the classroom when she teaches. Claire’s style of teaching is inspiring and wholesome. She brings both well-tested techniques and passionate experience to her classes. Her students often comment on her ability to transfer knowledge to others and that her classes are a whole-hearted experience, offering more than simply learning techniques, they invite each student to get in touch with their own growth and healing process.
Claire has trained thousands of students, including more than 10 instructors who teach in over 20 states throughout the country. She was inducted into the Massage Hall of Fame in 2010, recognized for her leadership in the massage therapy industry. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1979 (NC LMBT #580) and nationally certified since 1994. She is Board Certified with NCBTMB and maintains her private practice at her home in Chapel Hill, NC.
