WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Gentle belly massage with castor oil packs to improve digestion.  

  • Hair and scalp rejuvenation massage.  

  • Facial massage to hydrate the tissue and reduce winkles.  

  • Psoas focus to work the kidney and bladder for the winter meridian element.
