Refund and Cancelation Policies

For Classes

 

Deposits

A $100 deposit reserves your spot in a class. 

Your $100 deposit is refundable, minus a $25 service fee, if you cancel up to one month prior to the start of class.

If you cancel up to two weeks prior to the start of class, you will receive 50% of your deposit ($50). Within two weeks prior to the start of class, cancelations will forfeit your $100 deposit.

A minimum $100 deposit is required by one month prior to class. If a minimum of $100 is not paid by one month prior to the start of class then you risk losing your spot in class.

Full and Discounted Fees

A discounted "early bird" rate is available if paid in full by one month prior to the start of class. If you need to cancel up to one month prior to the start of class, you will receive your full paid amount as a refund, minus a $25 service fee.

If you cancel up to two weeks prior to the start of class, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, minus $50.

If you cancel within two weeks prior to the start of class, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, minus the $100 deposit.

If you cancel within one week prior to the start of class you will receive no refund.

 

For extenuating and emergency circumstances such as personal illness, family emergencies (illness, death, etc.), inclement weather conditions that occur within two weeks prior to the start of class, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. This must be communicated with your instructor directly and submitted in writing.

 

 

For Products

 

Any damaged products will be replaced at no cost to the customer. 

Returns on products must be submitted with a reason for returning.  The product must be unopened. 

Full refunds will be given minus shipping costs.
