Refund and Cancelation Policies

For Classes

 

Deposits

 

For classes registered through Claire Marie Miller Seminars AND taught by Claire Marie Miller - A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot in a class. 

You will receive an invoice for your balance due approximately one-month prior to class start date. Your payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Incomplete payment past this date will risk forfeiture of your spot in class.

For classes registered through other schools/sites AND classes taught by other instructors - Registration and payment are subject to the policies of that school, site, or instructor and must be negotiated/discussed with the instructor. This includes any "early bird" registration fees.

 

For extenuating and emergency circumstances such as personal illness, family emergencies (illness, death, etc.), inclement weather conditions that occur within two weeks prior to the start of class, refunds need to be discussed directly with the instructor. This must be communicated with your instructor directly and submitted in writing.

 

 

For Products

 

Any damaged products will be replaced at no cost to the customer. 

Returns on products must be submitted with a reason for returning. The product must be unopened. 

Full refunds will be given minus shipping costs.
